Connecting individuals, families and community resources to create relationships which enhance the well being of our kids.

Vision

Suburban Ramsey County is a community where our children and youth's safety, security, health and learning are a priority for all and no child remains at risk.

Purpose

To serve children by improving the formal and informal support systems they rely on for wellness, learning, safety and security. The commitment we make is to ensure a more comprehensive system response that improves protective factors affecting children in our communities.

Our Outcomes

All children youth and families experiencing at-risk circumstances are emotionally and physically healthy

Learning

All children youth and families experiencing at-risk circumstances attain academic success & learning enrichment

Safety/Security

All children youth and families experiencing at-risk circumstances are safe and secure in home, school and community

Board Members

SRFC's Joint Powers Board includes representation from: our four local school districts, ISDs 621, 622, 623 and 624, Ramsey County Human Services, Ramsey County Public Health, RAP/Headstart, Neighbor to Neighbor, Northwest Youth and Family Services, Northwest Family YMCA, County Government, City Government, The Cornerstone Group, the Faith Community, and several community representatives.
