Board MembersSRFC's Joint Powers Board includes representation from: our four local school districts, ISDs 621, 622, 623 and 624, Ramsey County Human Services, Ramsey County Public Health, RAP/Headstart, Neighbor to Neighbor, Northwest Youth and Family Services, Northwest Family YMCA, County Government, City Government, The Cornerstone Group, the Faith Community, and several community representatives.
